BCom or equivalent with Accounting 2Minimum applicable experience (years)
7-10 years experience with bookkeeping, budget construction, preparation of financial statements and liaising with external auditorsSkills and Knowledge (essential)
PAYE, VAT, requisite returns
Strong presentation skills, written and oral
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Highly proficient in internal reporting, preparation of management accounts
Salaries, income tax, UIF
Accounts ReconciliationResponsibilities
Deal with ad hoc HR requests and actions
Liaise with personnel agencies where appropriate
Be an active contributor and value add member of the HOA executive team
