- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience in technical pre-sales, solution architecture, or integration consulting roles within the SaaS industry.
- Proficiency in development languages such as Python, Typescript, Java, C#, C++, with the ability to write scripts and customize integrations.
- Strong understanding of SaaS applications, APIs, RESTful services, and data integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with AWS with a minimum certification of Cloud Practitioner.
- Experience with various marketplaces such as Microsoft, Salesforce are a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to convey complex technical concepts effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
1. Technical Expertise:
- Exhibit a profound understanding of SaaS integration principles, APIs, middleware, and related technologies.
- Remain updated with industry trends and best practices in integration architecture and design.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise to internal teams and external clients.
- Partner with the sales team to grasp client requirements and identify integration opportunities.
- Engage in pre-sales meetings, presentations, and demonstrations to highlight the company's integration capabilities.
- Translate client needs into technical solutions, encompassing architecture design, data mapping, and workflow integration.
- Devise comprehensive integration solutions tailored to address the unique needs of potential clients.
- Collaborate closely with management and development teams to ensure alignment between client requirements and product capabilities.
- Generate technical documentation, diagrams, and proposals to articulate solution designs to clients.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations on integration strategies and best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on integration methodologies and solutions.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and challenges.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams including sales, product management, development, and customer success to drive successful client engagements.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless handover of integration projects from pre-sales to post-sales phases.
