Applicants must have a valid driver's license.Ideal Candidate:We're looking for a professional with a substantial background in the Built Environment, possessing specific knowledge and experience in compliance with the South African Building Regulations By-Laws, NHBRC, Construction By-Laws, Asbestos roofing removal By-Laws, Waterproofing Systems, Health & Safety Policies, and the Labour Relations Act of South Africa.Key Performance Areas:Accurately measure jobs for estimates from the outset to completion, catering to Insurance, Retail, Property Companies Tender Markets, and Private Portfolios.Determine bill of quantities and materials required.Attend and contribute to site meetings effectively.Conduct site visits to evaluate progress and productivity, ensuring project deadlines are met.Prepare detailed work schedules and programmes.Manage teams, sub-contractors and active sites.Allocate and supervise works.Analyze completed works and authorize subcontractor payments.Thoroughly review projects to manage deliverables and achieve benchmarks.Ensure no waste, loss or adverse consequences result from poor management.Ensure projects are concluded within budget and on time.Ensure work on sites meet quality standards.Manage customer/client relationships, resolve client queries and complaints.Achieve 90% Customer satisfaction rating in surveys conducted on management request.Ensure material supplies and procurement does not result in shortages or unnecessary waste.Ensure plant & equipment used is properly maintained and accounted for without undue loss or unnecessary costs.See to it that no incidents or accidents occur due poor H&S management.Ensure reporting requirements and standards are met without unnessary adverse client feedback.Ensure no waste or loss occurs due to poor staff performance or lack of motivation.Attributes:- Technical insight and extensive product knowledge.- Exceptional time management and organization skills.- Amicable and approachable demeanor.- High drive and enthusiasm for the role.- Ability to engage effectively with clients and team members.- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.- Methodical approach with attention to detail.- Strong analytical ability.- Confident in delivering presentations to clients.Technical work responsibilities:Programme of worksRedec departmental managementProject managementSite managementQuality standardsMaterials supply (Procurement & Stores)Plant & equipmentVehicles & DriversInsuranceHealth & SafetyReports & MeetingsRemuneration:- Basic Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience.- Benefits: Company Cellphone, and Company Car for work-related travel.If you are a driven individual with the necessary skills and experience, and you're seeking an opportunity to lead within a dynamic team, we encourage you to apply for this opening in React Group's esteemed Redec Department.Job Type: Full-timePay: R17 500,00 - R23 500,00 per monthApplication Question(s):Valid driver's license
