Your duties will include:Managing and supervising front of house staff, including waitstaff, hosts, and bartenders.Training new employees and ensuring that all staff adhere to company policies and standards.Monitoring service quality and addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.Creating and maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests.Managing reservations and seating arrangements to optimise table turnover and guest satisfaction.Collaborating with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth communication and operations.Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry.Strong leadership and communication skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully.Must have own transport for commuting to and from work.Availability to start as soon as possible.Between 1 - 3 Years
