Customer Service Clerk

• Handle member's queries.
• Providing members with correct and relevant information/documentation.
• Ensure that member's documents are completed correctly.
• Making use of the Oculus program to verify information.
• Assisting members in completing documentation.
• Scanning and verifying documents.
• Liaising with the claim’s clerks responsible.
• Recording all members attended to daily.

• Grade 12.
• Excellent attendance record and reliable.
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• Must be bilingual in and understand Tsonga, French, or Portuguese.
• Customer service experience would be an added advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Customer service oriented with attention to detail.

• R18 137 per month.
