Operate and control grader equipment to grade surfaces and roads
Maintain proper and accurate grading according to specifications
Perform pre-start checks and routine equipment maintenance
Ensure a safe work environment and adhere to all health and safety regulations
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel
Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve production targets

Requirements

Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Relevant grader operator certification
Minimum of 3 years' experience as a grader operator in the mining industry
Sound knowledge of grader equipment operation and maintenance
Good understanding of mining operations and production processes
Strong commitment to health and safety regulations
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Medically Fit
Operational knowledge of opencast mining and earth moving equipment
Must understand the importance of working safely.
No criminal record
Able to read and write
Be in possession of symbol A Dover test
Valid driver's license
