The role will be based in Bushbuckridge and report to the Transport Manager.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDaily/monthly completion of fuel reconciliationOrder and receive diesel deliveriesOrdering of stockAssist with stock control and stock takingMaintain housekeeping standards at all times in and around the working area according to FSMS StandardsAdhere to internal departmental performance requirements, targets and quality standards as determined by managementResponsible for costing of job cards and services § Investigation of accidents and incidentsGeneral office administrationVehicle Licensing & COF (Roadworthy) monitoringGrn monitoring system maintainedInvoices are Captured/Submitted weeklyWaste Removal monitored § Route analysis maintained and up datedSafe Keys Inspections (Cash Offices & transport office)Ensure transport month end reports submitted on timeMinimum RequirementsGrade 12 (Matric) with mathematicsMinimum 2 years’ experience in a FMCG and/or transport environmentRelated NQF Level 6 will be added advantage ·Computer literate with experience in Microsoft Office (Excel , Word & PowerPoint) ·Knowledge of Spare Parts
