Location: Hermanus, Western Cape
Salary: Market - RelatedResponsibilities:
- Engage with Customers: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Manage SARS Processes: Handle SARS E-filing profiles, update customer details, and complete registrations and reactivations.
- Tax Compliance Checks: Evaluate taxpayers' compliance status and determine tax residency cessation.
- Tax Return Preparation: Prepare and submit income tax returns and calculations accurately and on time.
- Escalation Management: Address outstanding matters with SARS, ensuring timely resolution.
- Educational Background: Tertiary qualification in Tax or related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum two years' experience in a process-oriented environment, ideally in Financial Services.
- Knowledge Base: Familiarity with FICA legislation and Tax services is advantageous.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
- Interpersonal Abilities: Strong relationship management, collaboration, and networking skills.
- Personal Traits: Resilient, self-motivated, and able to work autonomously while thriving in a team environment.
- Organizational Skills: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, maintain attention to detail, and meet deadlines consistently.
