This is a key leadership role that offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our client's company.The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various finance-related functions within our organization. This includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing strategic insights and driving financial performance.Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance and support
Oversee the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management and stakeholders
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations
Monitor and analyze key financial metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and strategic planning
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in finance

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, with at least 5 years in a management role within the finance industry
Strong knowledge of finance principles, financial analysis, and reporting
Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing finance teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
