- Maintain accurate inventory records using our designated inventory management system.
- Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Coordinate with procurement and production teams to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Receive, process, and prioritize customer orders in a timely manner.
- Prepare orders for shipment according to established procedures and quality standards.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and labeling of products for distribution.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including arranging transportation and scheduling deliveries.
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and completeness, and report any discrepancies.
- Prepare shipping documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, including material handling, storage, and organization.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
- Implement and enforce proper inventory control measures to minimize loss and damage.
- Supervise and provide guidance to warehouse personnel, ensuring productivity and adherence to policies.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments, such as customer service, sales, and quality assurance, to optimize logistics processes and meet customer needs.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience (3 years) in warehouse operations, logistics, or distribution, preferably in a healthcare or medical device industry.
- Proficiency in inventory management software/systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in logistics and distribution.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
