- Provide first-level support for the following information systems: Dipar Datagear, Peopleflow, Hubdoc, Payspace, Syft, Power BI, Mesh, Xero, Approval Max, Sign now, Netcash, Picsa, and Microsoft 365,Jotform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of each system to assist end-users effectively.
- Training
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials for employees to ensure they have a solid understanding of the systems they use.
- Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance system proficiency.
- System Maintenance
- Regularly update and maintain the information systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and secure.
- Collaborate with IT and system administrators to implement patches, updates, and fixes.
- Liaison with Service Providers lop a reporting dashboard for management across the business.
- Documentation
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all supported systems, including user manuals and procedures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the listed information systems is a plus.
- Certification in relevant systems and technologies is desirable.
- Power BI implementation and exposure.
- Development experience in a backend and/or frontend environment.
