- Cultivate a positive workplace culture that prioritizes both animal care and employee well-being.Qualifications:- Prior experience in a veterinary setting (clinical or administrative) is a must.
- Proven experience in a managerial or HR role (preferable)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with grace.
- A deep understanding of the challenges and needs specific to a veterinary practice.
