Your role will involve a diverse range of responsibilities, from integrating mechanical and electronic components to collaborating with cross-functional teams, all aimed at elevating manufacturing efficiency and quality. Primary Responsibilities: 1. Design and Maintenance of Automated Systems: Develop and upkeep assembly line automated systems, incorporating Pick to light/Poka-yoke systems, screw counters, AGV/shooters, and other machinery. 2. Engineering Collaboration: Collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, and software engineers to seamlessly integrate components into unified automated systems. 3. PLC Programming and Control Systems: Program and configure PLCs and control systems for precision and reliability in manufacturing processes. 4. Feasibility Studies and Cost Analyses: - Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses for proposed automation projects, providing valuable insights for decision-making. 5. Mechatronic Systems Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with mechatronic systems, addressing mechanical failures, electrical malfunctions, and software bugs. 6. Predictive Maintenance Implementation: Implement predictive maintenance strategy. Educational Qualifications: -BTech Degree or Diploma in Mechatronics or Engineering
