- Timely response to external and internal client requests.
- PA Duties (department): Taking messages and proficiently typing documents.
- PA Duties (Partners): Managing diaries, completing timesheets, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between clients, supervisors, managers, and partners.
- Ensure the department adheres to administrative procedures.
- Assist in coordinating departmental training and meeting events.
- Take responsibility for timely and accurate minutes during management meetings.
- Provide essential administrative support to the department to meet deadlines and uphold company standards.
- Prepare working files for review.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- 2 to 3 years of administrative experience.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, especially with MS Office tools.
