- Working as part of a conceptual team, you will be responsible for developing concepts for social media and CRM, developing persuasive, compelling ideas that motivates and inspires the target to take a desired action.
- You should have the ability to ideate for different audiences, and craft ideas for a variety of disciplines, including direct, digital, loyalty, promotional and instructional.
- Taking a conceptual brief (Campaign/Innovation) from concept, through to final execution.
- Be familiar with the different disciplines involved in digital transformation (e.g. CRM/UX/IA/UI/Data/FE/BE).
- Packaging an idea in a format that safely guides a client through the potential complexity.
- Be comfortable and confident in presenting your thinking to clients.
- Conceptualising new and innovative solutions that are based on simple insights.
- Understanding at a high-level, how those solutions come to life (e.g. user-journeys/integration/development).
- Crafting the final product of an idea/campaign to go-live readiness.
- The ability to problem-solve in real-time.
- Must be highly creative and imaginative, and curious about clients' products or services.
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Should work well in a team and with a range of creative people.
- Must work under pressure and manage workloads effectively.
- Must be highly self-motivated and well organized.
- Have the ability to see other people's points of view and take on board feedback.
- Must be able work within strict budgets.
- Must have an eye for detail.
- Possess good leadership, people and project management skills.
