We employ 200 full-time staff with a focus on manufacturing high-quality Liquids, Creams, Ointments, Powders, and Oral Solid Dosage formsJob Overview:Purpose of the job: This position will oversee and manage our warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and procurement functions, ensuring adherence to Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) standards, ensuring the smooth flow of materials and products throughout our supply chain.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic supply chain initiatives to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance overall performance, while maintaining compliance with Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) standards.Manage and lead a team responsible for warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and procurement activities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, sales, and finance, to ensure alignment and coordination across the supply chain.Oversee inventory planning, forecasting, and demand management to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or excess inventory.Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effective procurement of materials and services.Monitor and analyze key supply chain metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement process enhancements to drive operational excellence.Develop and implement robust warehouse and logistics strategies to ensure timely delivery of products and optimize transportation and distribution networks.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP), throughout the supply chain, with a specific focus on GWP.Collaborate with the General Manager and other stakeholders to develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.Utilize the SAGE Evolution ERP system to manage and streamline supply chain processes and data.Desired experience, qualifications, and attributes:Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, or a related field.5 Years` Proven experience in supply chain management, with a focus on warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, and procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.Solid knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and processes, including inventory planning, demand forecasting, and procurement strategies, with a strong understanding of Good Warehouse Practice (GWP) requirements.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and implement effective solutions.Strong negotiation and vendor management skills, with a track record of successfully managing supplier relationships and contracts.Experience with the SAGE Evolution ERP system or similar supply chain management software.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards in the pharmaceutical industry, including Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Good Distribution Practice (GDP), with a specific focus on GWP compliance.What We Offer:Competitive salaryComprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for growth and advancementDuration: Permanent Contract of Employment
