- Job Advertisements:
- Post clear, accurate, and appealing job advertisements on various platforms, including our company website, job boards, and social media.
- Candidate Screening:
- Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements and criteria set by hiring managers.
- Interview Coordination:
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Prepare interview materials and send calendar invites.
- Data Management:
- Maintain and update our recruitment databases and the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information, interview schedules, and feedback from hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports
- Opening folders and ensuring supporting documentation is updated and signed off
- Candidate Communication:
- Handle communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide updates, answer questions, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Recruitment Campaigns:
- Perform full recruitment function on smaller recruitment campaigns.
- Offer Letters:
- Prepare and extend job offer letters to selected candidates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Reference Checks:
- Conduct reference and background checks on candidates as required, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Bachelors Degree from a recognized institution, in HR or other HR related discipline such as Industrial Psychology
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Simplify.HR.
- Proven experience in recruitment administration or a related field.
- Engineering, Procurement and Construction industry experience advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Good communication skills, verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle high-volume recruitment efficiently.
- Able to demonstrate high degree of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Good time management skills.
- Pro-active, innovative and creative.
