- Take proactive measures to minimize cancellations and mitigate financial losses.
- Ensure and contribute to minimisation of general expenses.
- Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication with all stakeholders, including clients, Account Executives, and insurers.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and service delivery.
- Work to meet client satisfaction targets while adhering to company standards.
- Guide and support the Commercial Underwriting team towards achieving goals and maintaining standards.
- Provide guidance on underwriting practices and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
- Address client complaints promptly and optimise staffing to improve efficiency.
- Generate reports, conduct quality assessments, and take corrective action to uphold quality standards.
- Assist in developing training materials and procedures to enhance team performance.
