• Prep & plan of Shut & Maintenance Activity’s.
• Material & Spare parts Procurement
• Develop FSS & EDS Schedules for upcoming Statuary Shuts.
• Managing Day to day Execution of Maintenance Activities.
• Oversee the Compiling of QIP & QCP Data pack
• Manage Sub-contractors on site

• RESPONSIBILITIES:
• The minimization and ultimate elimination of non-conforming product, unsafe working conditions and conditions detrimental to the environment or health and safety of employees or contractors.
• Embracing the philosophy of an integrated SHEQ Risk management system, undergoing appropriate training and skill enhancement to facilitate the implementation and maintenance of a site specific integrated SHEQ Risk management plan.
• Liaise with Client Site Representative & Represent the Project Manager on site as required.
• Liaise with the Client Engineering Department with regards to Scope of work.
• Ensure all departments and sub-contractors operate within their specific discipline and in accordance with the scope of work.
• Liaise with Project Management to ensure all Contractual Obligations & Conditions are adhered to whilst ensuring that all cost remain within the budget.
• Analyse the actual cost report from the man-hour system on weekly basis.
• Immediately report to Project Manager any factor which could affect the Contract, adversely or positively.
• Ensure correct administration and job objectives of the site safety department.
• Ensure the Departmental procedures, policies, industrial relations and safety are implemented on site at all times.
• Co-ordinate the work of all staff to ensure good liaison and co-operation between various contractors so that there is a minimum of conflict between the objectives and priorities of each.
• Ensure there is strict adherence to all contract codes, standards and specifications. .
• Ensure the Standard Practice Systems and any contract related procedures agreed with client are fully implemented and maintained.
• Ensure all technical problems are attended to immediately so that work can proceed unhindered
