Dispatch Clerk

- Receive and process customer orders
- Pick and pack products for delivery
- Coordinate with warehouse and stock control teams to prioritize orders
- Prepare and print shipping labels and documentation
- Manage inventory and stock levels
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activities
- Communicate with drivers and couriers to arrange deliveries
- Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays
- Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Dispatch Clerk or in a similar role in the retail industry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of inventory management principles
- Salary: negotiable
