Dispatch Clerk

• Receive and process customer orders
• Pick and pack products for delivery
• Coordinate with warehouse and stock control teams to prioritize orders
• Prepare and print shipping labels and documentation
• Manage inventory and stock levels
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of dispatch activities
• Communicate with drivers and couriers to arrange deliveries
• Address and resolve any delivery-related issues or delays
• Maintain a clean and organized dispatch area

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a Dispatch Clerk or in a similar role in the retail industry
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of inventory management principles
