This role requires meticulous attention to detail and the ability to efficiently manage administrative tasks related to sales and inventory.Requirements:
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail environment
- Willingness to work a 6-day week with rotational Sundays
- Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with accounting software (e.g. Pastel)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capturing invoices accurately and promptly into the system
- Maintaining accurate stock figures and ensuring inventory levels are updated regularly
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Pastel or similar programs
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure smooth operations
- Assisting with customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service
