We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead and oversee the operations of our Cape Town branch. The Branch Manager will be responsible for driving business growth, managing a team of recruiters, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality recruitment services to clients.Key Responsibilities:Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to achieve branch revenue and profit targets.Identify new business opportunities and cultivate relationships with clients to expand the company's client base.Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth.Team Management:Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team targets.Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure the professional development and success of team members.Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.Ensure exceptional service delivery to clients, including timely response to inquiries, efficient candidate sourcing, and effective candidate placement.Recruitment Operations:Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job intake to candidate placement, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.Monitor recruitment metrics and performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Implement best practices and streamline processes to optimize efficiency and productivity.Financial Management:Manage branch budget and expenses to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.Monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions as necessary to achieve financial objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (Advantage).
- Proven experience in sales or recruitment / staffing industry, with experience in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong track record of business development, client acquisition, and revenue generation.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively under pressure.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM.
