1. Sourcing potential new customers
2. Maintaining regular contact with existing customers
3. Traveling to the customer's location to talk about our product range
4. Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products
5. Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products
6. Compiling quotations, tender documents and customer proposals
7. Generating purchase orders and sales receipts
8. Maintaining strong customer relations
9. Attending product training courses and seminars, exhibitions nationwide and internationally
10. Meeting sales targetsB. Technical Sales Representative Requirements:
1. Technical/Engineering diploma and/or technical experience/background
2. Previous experience as a Sales Representative
3. Strong knowledge of technical products / Industrial Machinery / Mechanical Engineering
4. Excellent interpersonal skills
5. Professional and friendly appearance
6. Strong communication skills
7. Knowledge of computer systems and Office Software
8. Ability to meet sales targets
9. Team Player, but also strongly self-motivated and able to work independently
10. Ability to communicate with customers and suppliers at all levels of seniority
11. Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally (30-50%)
12. Own transport and B-class driver license
13. A proficient command of the English language, both verbal and writtenC. Further Details
