Senior commercial interior designer to run Interior Design Division o
Commercial projects
Bachelor’s degree or other tertiary qualification in Interior Design, Architecture or related discipline
At least 5-10 years experience in Corporate and Interior Design experience
Proficiency in Revit
Strong conceptual skills and a flair for creativity
Ability to communicate design ideas and direction efficiently
Strong client presentation skills
Highly organised with a keen eye for detail
Demonstrate commitment to excellence in design & design execution
Demonstrate advanced understanding of the architectural design process and integration of interior architecture with the ability to develop interior design element components
Required to manage own multiple complex projects through all phases from proposal through to construction
Ability to manage and guide Interior Design Team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Build positive client relationships
Own car and license
Ability to travel for projects
Ability work well under pressure, meet tight deadlines and work overtime when necessary!Salary: Dependent on the Candidate's current salary, skills & experience - MARKET RELATED
