• Experience in tender preparation and management.

• Business development
• Development and delivery of divisional budget and accountability for meeting targets.
• Accountable for growing the Standby business.
• Development of new markets and customers.
• Development and implementation of new systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Perform product presentations to customers.
• Lead the team in tender management and preparation.
• Maintain relationships with key clients.
• Act as a lead negotiator during contract negotiations.
