Financial Administration and control of financial transactions and business processes.Job Output:
- Accrue for monthly expenses.
- Assist with fixed asset counts.
- Capture invoices.
- Coordinate resolution of discrepancies on goods / services delivered with originator.
- Generate purchase orders and send the purchase order to the supplier and the requestor.
- Raise debtor invoices.
- Match purchase order to physical goods received, generate goods received voucher.
- Monitor and investigate all unapproved PO's
- Monitor Mweb’s Purchase Order and Creditors email boxes.
- Manage the Open Purchase Order report and supporting accrual journals.
- Perform general journal entries.
- Perform balance sheet account reconciliations.
- Transfer of funds for nominal bank account to Call accounts.
- Reconcile bank accounts.
- List and reconcile Intercompany balances and confirmations.
- Record, track, and manage the flow of invoices in
- Assist with all Adhoc request from line manager and the team.
- Ability to multitask.

- Tertiary qualification in Financial Accounting or studying towards tertiary qualification in Financial Acc
- 5 years relevant experience
- Computer literate
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel and Word
- SAP Cloud knowledge
