- Conduct bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and financial record-keeping.
- Manage administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of the shared office space, maintaining cleanliness, organization, and upkeep.
- Address building-related issues promptly and coordinate with building management or contractors for repairs and maintenance.
- Supervise cleaning staff, schedule cleaning activities, and uphold cleanliness standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, delivering friendly and efficient customer service.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and appointments as required.
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist with additional tasks and projects as assigned.
- Proven experience in office administration, bookkeeping, and facility management.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capacity to work independently and take initiative in problem-solving.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Previous experience in a similar shared office environment preferred.
