- 7+ years of sales experience, ideally in similar B2B environment,
- 5+ years of experience of leading cross functional team, ideally as a country or side lead,
- 5+ years of experience in payments, banking or financial domain,
- eCommerce payments / ecommerce payment processing experience,
- Experience in partnership lead and account management,
- Experience in working within global, cross functional organization,
- Experience in budget management, forecasting, pricing, account profitability review,
- Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast paced environment with the multiple competing priorities,
- Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with all internal and external teams including sales, business development, marketing, and product management,
- Ability to drive decisions, take action, and roll up your sleeves and dive into the work,
- Superb articulation, communications, and overall leadership capabilities,
- Effective and professional team communication,
