Job Summary Shell Ultra City Balmoral (Harrismith) has a vacancy for highly motivated self-driven Assistant Managers to oversee all operational aspects of our Forecourt, Retail Shop, Deli, Steers and Body Corporate. The applicant must; be willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays, have own transport, be able to read, write, speak, and understand English, be self-motivated and reliable, have strong leadership skills. Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to: Monitor inventory levels and ensure the availability of products at all times. • Oversee stock replenishment and maintain accurate stock records. • Check receipt invoices against orders and to GRV. • Check costings and pricing to ensure they align with margin targets and profitability goals. • Train and mentor staff to provide exceptional customer service. • Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of the premises, maintaining a visually appealing and inviting environment for customers. • Comfortably work with financial documents and make data-driven decisions. • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, and customers alike. • Maintain Health and Safety standards. • Ensure compliance to all company policies and procedures. Qualifications and Skills: • Matric, Sales, customer service, stock control and staff management experience, Computer literacy Competencies • Ability to show initiative, Ability to work as part of a team, Performance Driven, Well-organised.
