Hire Resolve is a well-established recruitment agency that is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their client's team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and managing client relationships.In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will work closely with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and expand market presence.
Manage and motivate a team of both internal and external sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the commercial transportation industry.
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, research, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and maximize business outcomes.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.

Requirements

Proven experience in sales management, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Knowledge of the healthcare industry and/or experience working with commercial drivers is a plus.
Willingness to travel within South Africa as needed.
