Ensuring that the fleet and building are maintained and reliable at all times
Co-ordinating all external contract work conducted on-site
Controlling of stock, and maintenance/repair of company equipment
Ensuring that the image of the fleet is maintained
Managing drivers and their documentation
Ensuring maintenance and repair of company equipment
Manage staff and related documentationRequirements:
Matric (Grade 12) minimum
Minimum 5 Years’ experience in Fleet Management
Experience within the transport industry mandatory
Basic mechanical understanding
Good administrative skills
Basic Fleet Management Program Knowledge
Tyre and Diesel Management
Diesel Management
Computer – Email and Excel intermediate
Numerical computation and analysis
Good time management
A valid unendorsed driver’s license (code 10)
Ability to work unsociable hours
Ability to work under pressure and to meet set targets
Ability to communicate on all levels – both internally and externally
Ability to work unsupervised the majority of the time
