A global technology company that connects riders with drivers, making transportation more accessible and convenient than ever before, is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join their team and be an integral part of our mission.Job Description:
As a receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our employees, clients, and visitors. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming and professional environment in our office. Responsibilities include:
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Managing the reception area and ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks as needed, such as scheduling meetings and maintaining office supplies.
  • Providing support to various departments as required
Qualifications:
  • Matric
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
