- Assist the sales team in identifying potential clients and generating leads through market research and outreach efforts.
- Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
- Communicate with existing and prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and promote our service offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate service delivery and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data using our CRM system.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and procedures by providing feedback and innovative ideas.
- Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance sales skills, product knowledge, and industry expertise.
- Completed a Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Management or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build and establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Detail-oriented with good organisational and time management skills.
