Drive implementation and optimization of investment operating model for internal and external capabilities
Manage investment forums for alignment with business objectives
Supervise internal and external research teams
Set strategic direction for investment strategies and products
Monitor and evaluate investment performance and client experience
Identify opportunities for strategic alliances and growth
Present investment insights to executive management
Oversee selection and integrity of asset managers
Maintain client and stakeholder relationships
Contribute to competitive edge through networking and representation

Job Experience & Skills Required:Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Matric)
BCom Investment Management / Finance / Risk Management
BCom Honours Investment Management / Finance / Risk Management
CFA is advantageous

Experience:

5-10 years of proven expertise in Investment Management and Research
Extensive background in portfolio management and asset management
Advantageous to possess a business development background
