Manager/Supervisor - Cape TownFull job descriptionWe are looking to employ a self-motivated, problem-solving, manager/supervisor who is willing to learn and exceed their day-to-day duties.Duties include but are not limited to the following:· Assist with preparation of orders and post receipts, deposits, purchase orders, invoices, refunds, and other standard bookkeeping tasks· Ensuring invoices and statements are correct· Ensure bank and petty cash transactions are recorded daily and weekly· Allocating of invoices to different branches· Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions· Conduct the office administration· Take clear messages and communicate effectively with team members, and management· Maintaining the filing system and keep it organized· Other adhoc duties as and when required. Able to work with staff and resolve any problems. Maintaining safety and food quality standards. Organizing schedules. Interacting with guests to get feedback on product quality and service levels. Stock controlling.
