Pre-opening responsibilities include but not limited to keeping all MEP up to running condition, Airconditioning, heating, soft renovation of rooms and facilities.About You· A Bachelors’ degree in hospitality, operations or business management or a relevant field.· 10 years post qualification experience in Africa, ideally as a 5-star Hotel· Experience in property and hospitality management, engineering and facilities management.· Good command of the English language, written and Oral.· Experience in managing budgets, revenue proposals and forecasting results· In-depth knowledge of the hotel / leisure / service sector· Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate the team to achieve high level of perform and exceed targets· Knowledge of the hotel property management systems· Accountable and resilient· Ability to work under pressureJob Type: Full-timeExperience:5 Star Hotel Manager: 5 years (Required)Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)Experience:HOTEL: 10 years (Preferred)Application Deadline: 2024/03/31
