Maintenance Planner

- Coordinate and implement maintenance plans and schedules
- Monitor and analyze equipment performance to identify maintenance requirements
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
- Collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance work orders and equipment history
- Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Trade Test Certificate in a relevant field
- Maintenance planning and scheduling certificate
- Minimum of 5 years' experience on planned maintenance systems in supervisory capacity in an opencast mining environment
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning techniques and methodologies
- Excellent understanding of safety and environmental regulations in the mining industry
- Proficiency in using maintenance management systems and scheduling tools
- Salary: Negotiable
