,We are looking for an experienced IT Network Specialist to service and maintain information technology strategies, managing staff requests, researching, and implementing technological strategic solutions according to the needs of the business. They will provide IT support, troubleshooting and resolution of technical IT issues to all management and staff, achieving sound service levels.KEY QUALIFICATIONS / BACKGROUND / EXPERIENCE

Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
Tertiary qualification in Information Technology
Sage 200 Evolution System
MIS System (advantage)
SQL knowledge
Minimum 5 years' experience in IT / Technical Support (CE System an advantage)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Regional Network/Server administration
Hardware Maintenance
Maintenance of system user security
Server capacity check
Wireless network installation
Maintenance of information technology systems for all subsidiary companies / plants / users
Call logging and resolution of IT issues / software application support
New user requests generated timeously and communicated
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by keeping up to date with trends and informing line management accordingly
End-user and desktop support
Installing and configuring new hardware and software and training of staff if and where required
Network troubleshooting and maintenance
Printer support and maintenance
Batching plant IT support and maintenance
Ad hoc projects and implementation of new systems relating to IT
