Job Summary We are searching for a Call Co-ordinator to assist with call Management, SLA Reporting, productive time, Call Escalations, Call Updating and Quality Assurance. Qualifications preferred Grade 12 ITIL Foundation V3 Soft skills certificates Administrative certification Experience required: Minimum 1 – 2 years Call Co-Ordinator Experience Microsoft Office Knowledge Basic IT knowledge Work environment: Office bound Physical demands: The physical demands of the job, including bending, sitting, lifting, and driving Travel : Traveling will be required. Own transportation requiredIOCORecruiter
