Rental & Sales Executive

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management or related.

• Experience in sales / rentals in the construction, real estate industry.
• Strong contract management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Good understanding in rental business.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
• Knowledge of modular or portable buildings industry
• Technical understanding of construction processes and building regulations
• Project management experience.
• Looking for reps with experience in Stationery and PPE or printers industry will be considered.

• Create marketing materials and campaigns to promote the products.
• Conduct meetings and presentations
• Negotiate rental rates and terms with clients
• Submit quotes/proposals for all RFQ requests.
• Review rental contracts
• Coordinate the logistics of delivery and setup of modular buildings at client sites.
• Prepare and present reports to management
• Resolve any issues or concerns
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and company standards and policies.
• Quarterly rentals & sales presentations to senior management.

Objective Personnel
