Lifestyle Manager

• Handle all lifestyle requests for clients, ensuring seamless execution.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, catering to client needs promptly and efficiently.
• Present lifestyle alternatives along with cost breakdowns to clients.
• Facilitate commercial or transactional activities as necessary.
• Act as the liaison between clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
• Reconcile all travel, dining, and other expenses accurately.
• Maintain detailed records of all activities and events.

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration (preferred).
• 3-5 years of relevant experience (minimum).
• Valid driver's license and access to own transportation.
• Previous experience in a concierge role.
• Familiarity with similar responsibilities.

• International experience is advantageous.
• Proficiency in financial management is essential.
• Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to manage commercial and transactional tasks effectively.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
• Experience working with a travel desk is a plus.
