- Handle all lifestyle requests for clients, ensuring seamless execution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, catering to client needs promptly and efficiently.
- Present lifestyle alternatives along with cost breakdowns to clients.
- Facilitate commercial or transactional activities as necessary.
- Act as the liaison between clients and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.
- Reconcile all travel, dining, and other expenses accurately.
- Maintain detailed records of all activities and events.
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Administration (preferred).
- 3-5 years of relevant experience (minimum).
- Valid driver's license and access to own transportation.
- Previous experience in a concierge role.
- Familiarity with similar responsibilities.
- International experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in financial management is essential.
- Strong attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to manage commercial and transactional tasks effectively.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional written communication skills.
- Dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
- Experience working with a travel desk is a plus.
