- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of BI solutions to support business objectives
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions
- Develop and enhance data models, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks
- Create visually compelling dashboards and reports that effectively communicate insights to stakeholders
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI and analytics, driving continuous improvement and innovation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- Proven experience as a BI Analyst, with expertise in SQL, data modeling, and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Minimum of 8-10 years working experience in building ETL pipelines and experience in SSIS, SSRS and SSAS
- Azure experience is a non-negotiable
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams
- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
