- 4 - 6 years’ experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on Skills Development Facilitation.
- Experience as a SDF in the Financial industry is preferred.
- At least 5 years’ experience of engaging with SETA’s and other regulatory bodies.
- A working knowledge of the Labour Relations Act, Skills Development Act, Skills. Development Levies Act, Employment Equity Act and Basic Conditions of Employment. Act.
- Firm understanding of the NQF and SAQA environments.
- Firm knowledge of the Skills Development levy process.
- Relevant tertiary qualification – Human Resources Development.
- Accredited Assessor and Moderator and/or ODETP qualification, as well as Skills. Development Facilitator.
- A qualification in project management is preferred.
- Must have financial services experience.
- Must be a Skills Development Advisor with strong technical ability across all elements of Skills Development.

- Up to R400 000 per annum.
