Maintenance Foreman

• Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience as a Qualified Artisan with relevant Trade Qualification
• LSS Yellow Belt | Lean Practitioner or equivalent certification will be advantageous
• Proven 2 to 3 years' experience as a Foreman
• Must be able to lead a Milling Maintenance team through preventative and corrective maintenance ensuring quality and safety standards are met
• Able to optimize plant asset management and foster a high performance culture
• Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance processes
• Facilitate training and development
• Must be able to adapt to a flexible work schedule
• Must have contactable references
• Able to provide pay slips on request

• Negotiable Salary Package, based on experience
