The role will require an individual that is a self-starter, strong communicator, a creative problem solver and with an attention to detail.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell the business unit’s products and services, using proven and innovative sales and marketing strategies.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve sales within the framework and agreed budget.
- Reach out to customer leads timeously.
- Keep abreast with best practice methods in the industry.
- Use existing knowledge, from a technical perspective, to identify opportunities throughout South Africa. Use same technical abilities to help operational team resolve difficult challenges.
- Supply Management with reports of customer needs, problems, interest, and potential clients.
- Manage contract negotiations and contract performance.
- Continuous follow up on potential clients.
- Preparing quotations for key accounts
- Bachelors in business management or related qualification
- 5 – 10 years Sales experience, preferably in the property or utilities industries
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Highly motivated and Target driven.
- Exceptional sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
