• Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in trading psychology and coaching methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, counseling, coaching, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in related field.
• Proven experience in coaching, counseling, or providing psychological support.
• Strong understanding of risk management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build trust with traders and administrative staff.
