- Project Management experience
- Experience within in the automotive/automation industry
- In-depth knowledge of production processes, layouts and facilities.
- Excellent insight in total company Engineering, planning, manufacturing systems and pre-calculated costing practices.
- Have strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project).
- Must have good analytical skills with an innovative approach to problem-solving.
- Must be assertive and have facilitation skills.
- Must have ability to negotiate and communicate at all levels.
- Be extremely motivated, flexible and able to perform in stressful environments.
- Working knowledge of Technical German Language.
- Must be willing to travel internationally at short notice.
- Formulating and compiling detailed product specifications.
- Keeping project on budget.
- Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the engineering projects.
- Problem Identification and resolution.
- Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
- Manage project issues, risks and actions.
- Manage project changes to achieve project outputs.
- Project evaluations and assessments of results.
