Facilities Manager

- Oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the facilities
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs
- Manage and coordinate work orders and maintenance requests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Manage and negotiate vendor contracts
- Monitor and control facility budgets
- Supervise a team of maintenance staff
- Coordinate facility projects and renovations
- Provide regular reports on facility performance and activities
- Proven experience as a Facilities Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of facility management principles and best practices
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team and multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management or related field is preferred
- Professional certification in Facility Management is a plus
