Job Summary Responsibilities: • Invoicing using our in-house portal • Check that the correct parts are used on each repair • Visual and physical quality check of each repair • Take clear photographs of each repair • Package the repair • Mail the invoices to clients or customers • Alternatively upload invoices to the necessary client portals • Follow up on payments and reconcile if there was a partial payment • Notify front desk to contact walk-in clients of repair completion • Track repairs due through the couriers • Assist colleagues with general queries • Day to day essential aspects of our business operations • Responsible remittance and balancing of petty cash • Work collaboratively with other staff, managers, and resources. Working Hours: • Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 • Last 3 days of the month for promo days 07:30 - 17:30 • Last Saturday of the month - 09:00 - 14:00 Invoicing - Qualifications / Skills: • Sage Pastel knowledge a must • Really good Microsoft Office knowledge • Verbal Communication • Customer Service • Resolving Conflict • Teamwork • Energy Level • Thoroughness • Professionalism • Punctual Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent • Sage Pastel • MS Office • Prior cellular industry experience if possible • English, Afrikaans • Non smoker Send CV to :
