- Eng / B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Chemical Eng is preferred. Civil / Mechanical will be considered depending on experience)
- 3+ years’ experience in advanced water treatment and experience managing staff
- Experience in RO, UF, Precipitation, Clarification advantageous
- Understanding plant health and managing water treatment assets
- Good computer skills
- Oversee / manage teams and manage production & maintenance performance/output
- Plant performance and ensuring compliance
- Accountability for safety performance
- Maintain effective administration & control procedures including financial control, HR/IR, procurement and stock management
- Continuous improvement and optimization of processes
- Implement / maintain financial control and monitoring records / reporting
- Ensure client satisfaction and client feedback meetings and reporting
- Compile plant reports & attend client meetings
- Monitor plant health & pro-actively intervene
